近几年出国保姆、涉外月嫂十分火热,甚至很多的年轻人已经转行开始做保姆,为做涉外月嫂做准备!但是要想出国做月嫂拿高薪,其实也不是那么简单。所有报名想去的月嫂,必须经过涉外家政公司的严格筛选。
月嫂在宝宝的成长过程中,就是像妈妈一样的存在,所以每位新爸新妈应该多花一些心思来寻找月嫂,并且与和她充分配合,建立良好的沟通和合作关系。

1、月嫂工作范围是什么?
月嫂,顾名思义就是在妈妈坐月子的时候,管妈妈的吃喝和宝宝的一切事情。宝宝喂奶、洗澡、换尿布,哄宝宝睡觉,24小时看护都是月嫂的工作。其他的事情做不做可能就要看月嫂个人了。一般的月嫂都会管爸爸的饭,因为她自己也要吃饭嘛。勤快的月嫂可能会帮忙打扫厨房卫生、洗全家的碗筷等等,不过不做这些事情的月嫂也无可厚非。可以在面试月嫂的时候问一问她可以做哪些事情。
2、在美国月嫂一般工资是多少?
a、一般来说基本工资是6000-7000美金一个月。月工资是指连续工作26天,中间不休息。另外,月嫂走的时候封一个红包,一般是工资的10%。
b、如果是其他州的雇主请月嫂(比如纽约的雇主请洛杉矶的月嫂)需要给月嫂买纽约至洛杉矶往返的机票,雇主如果通过中介找月嫂,要给中介月工资的30%作为中介费。
1. What is the scope of a postpartum caregiver's work?
A postpartum caregiver, as the name suggests, is responsible for the mother's meals and all aspects of the baby's care during the postpartum period. Feeding the baby, bathing, changing diapers, soothing the baby to sleep, and 24-hour care are all part of the postpartum caregiver's job. 2. What is the typical salary for a postpartum caregiver in the United States?
a. Generally, the basic salary is $6000-7000 USD per month. This monthly salary is for 26 consecutive days of work without rest days. Additionally, a bonus is usually given to the caregiver when they leave, typically 10% of their salary.
b. If the employer is in a different state (for example, an employer in New York hiring a caregiver from Los Angeles), the employer needs to pay for the caregiver's round-trip airfare between New York and Los Angeles. If the employer uses an agency to find a caregiver, they will also need to pay the agency 30% of the monthly salary as a commission fee.
3、请月嫂的好处?
a、月嫂经验丰富。很多新妈妈都是请自己的妈妈或者婆婆过来带宝宝,照顾月子。其实过了这么多年,带孩子的方式可能有了很多的变化,一些方便的母婴用品可能长辈们也不太会用。月嫂就不同了,毕竟人家是干这一行的,靠这个吃饭的,经验肯定丰富,能把宝宝带得很好。
b、月嫂有助于新妈妈心态调整,避免家庭矛盾。新妈妈刚生了孩子,荷尔蒙分泌失调,是一个特殊时期。这时候不管是姥姥还是奶奶过来一起住,难免会有一些矛盾,闹得双方都不愉快。而月嫂就不一样了,可能月嫂会有些啰嗦,但毕竟你是雇主,月嫂也不会强行让你接受她的想法,矛盾摩擦不会太大。
c、减轻家人的负担。这可能是请月嫂最大的好处了。爸爸要工作,妈妈在月子中可能行动没有那么方便,而奶奶或者姥姥也难以24小时不间断的照顾宝宝。请月嫂以后可以保证家人的睡眠质量,减轻家人的负担。
4、在国外如何找月嫂?
a、首先明确自己的需求,要知道自己需要的是怎样的一个月嫂,越具体越好。根据自己的需求来制订面试时的问题,联系涉外家政公司面试月嫂。
b、根据硬性的要求筛选出月嫂以后,可以先给她们发短信,请她们方便的时候短信通知,然后打电话进一步聊。
c、面谈很重要,毕竟月嫂会和你度过特殊的一个月,眼缘很重要,也可以仔细的问一些问题。如果能到月嫂现在工作的雇主家里去面谈也是不错的,可以看看雇主对月嫂的满意程度等等。
3. What are the benefits of hiring a postpartum caregiver (nanny)?
a. Postpartum caregivers are experienced. Many new mothers ask their own mothers or mothers-in-law to help with childcare and postpartum care. However, after so many years, childcare methods may have changed significantly, and older generations may not be familiar with some convenient baby products. Postpartum caregivers are different; they are professionals in this field and rely on this for their livelihood, so they are definitely experienced and can take excellent care of the baby.
b. Postpartum caregivers help new mothers adjust their mindset and avoid family conflicts. New mothers have just given birth, and their hormone levels are imbalanced, making it a special period. 4. How to find a postpartum caregiver abroad?

b. After screening caregivers based on your requirements, you can send them a text message asking them to text you back when they are available, and then call them for further discussion.
c. The interview is very important. After all, the caregiver will be with you for a special month, and personal chemistry is crucial. You can also ask detailed questions. It's also a good idea to interview the caregiver at their current employer's home to see the employer's satisfaction level, etc.
5、如何和月嫂沟通?
刚开始请月嫂的时候,爸爸妈妈可能多多少少会担心,月嫂有没有好好照顾宝宝。这个时候我们需要和月嫂建立一个良好的沟通模式。可以通过以下几种方式:
a、主动和月嫂交换宝宝宝白天和晚上的情况,多沟通。
b、可以做一个宝宝日志,请月嫂把宝宝晚上喂奶、排便等情况记录下来。
c、建议爸爸妈妈想查看月嫂看护孩子的情况时,先敲门,尊重月嫂。
d、建议避免在晚上12:00到8:00频繁的探视宝宝情况,避免增加月嫂工作负担,也避免给月嫂造成不被信任的感觉。
5. How to communicate with the postpartum caregiver?
