I. Recruitment Requirements:

三、岗位职责

1. 产妇护理：

- 协助产后恢复（伤口护理、通乳、月子餐制作），指导母乳喂养、乳房护理。

- 关注产妇情绪，提供心理疏导，帮助适应妈妈角色。

2. 新生儿护理：

- 负责宝宝喂养、洗澡、抚触、脐带护理，观察黄疸、体温等健康状况。

- 指导家长正确照顾新生儿，培养规律作息。

3. 家务辅助：

- 清洗母婴衣物、用品消毒，保持母婴房整洁，轻度厨房卫生（以母婴饮食为主）。

II. Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary: US$7000-9000, negotiable based on experience and skills.

III. Job Responsibilities

1. Postpartum Care:

- Assist with postpartum recovery (wound care, lactation support, preparation of confinement meals), and provide guidance on breastfeeding and breast care.

- Monitor the mother's emotional state, provide psychological support, and help her adapt to her role as a mother.

2. Newborn Care:

- Responsible for feeding, bathing, massaging, and umbilical cord care of the baby, and monitoring health conditions such as jaundice and body temperature.

- Guide parents on how to properly care for the newborn and establish a regular routine.

3. Household Assistance:

- Wash baby and mother's clothes and sterilize supplies, maintain cleanliness of the mother and baby's room, and perform light kitchen cleaning (primarily related to the mother and baby's diet).
