• 产检后，医院给了预产时间，选择月子中心就成了当前的任务，听说圣诞节期间纽约各大月子中心都有优惠活动，我和老公就决定去实地考察一下。加了好多销售人员的微信，对比了产康数量和护理内容，但真心建议大家还是亲自去看看，毕竟宣传视频和实际体验还是有很大差距的。

    ✨ 我们一开始挺中意枫悦的，价格适中，还是老牌子，产康服务看起来挺有保障的。但实地一看，环境有点旧，游泳洗澡都在自己房间，灯光也不太好，感觉像开了十几年的老酒店。想着要住一个月，还是选个温馨点的环境吧。

    ✨ 绿洲的优点是有自己的熟水系统，而且是独栋的月子中心，规模最大。不过价格稍贵，地理位置也很偏，附近没有酒店，亲戚朋友探望不太方便，停车费还要另算。如果手头宽裕的话可以考虑。

    ✨ 蓝湾的环境超级棒，但在山上，离家远，从老公公司和家里过去都不方便，亲戚朋友来看望也没公交车或地铁直达。

    ✨ 经过一番对比，最后我们订了星辰。这家会所与纽约长老会医院合作，提供曼哈顿高端公寓及私人厨师定制餐，赠送大都会博物馆母婴导览。附近就有快捷酒店，方便亲戚朋友来探望，而且房间超级喜欢，感觉很温馨。圣诞节时的价格有优惠，但我当时还在孕反，也没心思关注这些，错过了一个大优惠。

    After my prenatal checkup, the hospital gave me my estimated due date, and choosing a postpartum care center became our next task.  We heard that many postpartum care centers in New York were offering discounts during the Christmas season, so my husband and I decided to visit some in person. We added many sales representatives on WeChat and compared the number of postpartum recovery services and care options, but I strongly recommend that everyone visit in person, as there's a significant difference between promotional videos and the actual experience.

    ✨ We initially liked Fengyue, as the price was reasonable and it was a well-established brand with seemingly reliable postpartum care services. However, upon visiting, the environment was a bit outdated; swimming and bathing were done in the room, and the lighting wasn't very good. It felt like an old hotel that had been operating for over ten years. Since we would be staying for a month, we decided to choose a more comfortable environment.

    ✨ Oasis's advantages included its own water purification system and being a standalone postpartum care center, making it the largest in scale. However, the price was slightly higher, and the location was quite remote. There were no hotels nearby, making it inconvenient for relatives and friends to visit, and parking fees were extra. It's an option to consider if you have a generous budget.

    ✨ Blue Bay had a superb environment, but it was located on a hill, far from home. It was inconvenient for both my husband's company and our home, and there were no direct bus or subway lines for relatives and friends to visit.

    ✨ After comparing several options, we finally booked Starry Sky. This center collaborates with New York-Presbyterian Hospital, offering high-end Manhattan apartments and customized meals prepared by a private chef, and includes a guided tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for mothers and babies. There are convenient hotels nearby for visiting relatives and friends, and we absolutely loved the room; it felt very cozy. There was a discount during Christmas, but I was still experiencing morning sickness at the time and didn't pay attention to it, missing out on a great deal.

    经过这段时间的做攻略和实际参观，我有一些小建议给姐妹们：首先，订的套餐是否包含医院那几天的陪产服务，如果有，一定要白纸黑字写在合同上。还有停车费的问题，有些月子中心停一个月就是好几百块。再者，如果心仪的月子中心有熟悉的销售，可以在宝妈微信群打听一下有没有之前订过的宝妈推荐。碰到好的销售真的能省不少钱，还能了解最低价。价格方面，一般都是标价的六折左右，姐妹们可以尽情磨价。月子餐的话也要试吃一下，毕竟要在那边吃一个多月，这个也是重要的参考因素。

Furthermore, if you have a preferred postpartum center, you can ask in mom's WeChat groups if any other mothers have used their services and can recommend a salesperson. A good salesperson can save you a lot of money and help you find the lowest price. Regarding pricing, it's usually around 60% of the listed price, so feel free to negotiate. You should also try the postpartum meals, as you'll be eating there for over a month, and this is an important factor to consider.
